These Bone Broth Cookies contain only four simple ingredients: organic coconut flour, beef bone broth, gelatin, and organic apple cider vinegar.
My goal was to make a cookie that would be nutritionally dense, appealing to pets, and easy to store and transport.
Organic coconut flour is high in fiber, gluten free, great for skin and coat, has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties, and promotes heart health. There are even more benefits of coconut flour listed in the link below. Organic coconut flour has a naturally sweet taste that is very appealing to dogs (and humans).
I've been reading about the many benefits of bone broth and have been giving it to my own two dogs and have now finally found a way to incorporate it into portable treats! Bone broth is very high in collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin, excellent for gut health (think about preventing loose stool), and it even helps the liver detox. The organic apple cider vinegar helps to pull the beneficial minerals out of the bone. I use beef neck bones in my broth, which have lots of exposed marrow to begin with. If you're familiar with making bone broths, you know you've made a good batch when your broth gels. If you look at one of the photos above, you'll see it's definitely in gel form, even at room temperature. I use a pressure cooker to get as much of the nutrients as possible out of the bones.

Ingredients:
Organic coconut flour, beef bone broth, gelatin, and organic apple cider vinegar.
These ingredients are minimally processed and dried at a temperature no higher than 160 degrees Fahrenheit to preserve as much of the nutrients as possible. These treats are very hard and crunchy. Please start out by giving only one to start. The coconut flour may cause stool to become dry. It would be great for dogs with loose stool.
The cookies are approximately 3" long and .5" wide.
Storage:
Store in a cool dry location. These cookies are very portable and store easily.

This artsy vendor of exotic things is the greatest! When you buy from Etsy, usually you’re looking for something special and or, a creative person that can make and or customize what you want. This owner Diane Johnson and her staff if applicable, really add shine to the Etsy name. Her shop DulcePico is very creative. I am always looking for health items, and she’s the best. Now, here is where I leave the road to normal:-)- I purchased bone broth cookies - treats for your pet- However, I love them; for me. Best to go snack ever ! I love the taste, though dry-ish, I still like the taste, and, you could always use salsa, avacodo dip or anything to customize the flavor. So far, I’m eating as-is, Thank you for your interactive helpful over the top customer dynamics 🤗

Shipping was very fast, which I appreciated.i have two cairn terriers, they like these cookies, they are very hard so I soak them a little, and then they chow down on them! I also got a few samples, very nice!
