Organic Dog Treat - Just Chicken - 4 oz

Just Chicken is just that, chicken! There is absolutely nothing but organic, human grade chicken that's been sliced and dehydrated. This treat would be a great choice for dogs and cats with allergies, except for allergies to chicken, of course.

Do keep in mind that, as with anything dehydrated, appearance is deceiving. What's pictured in the small bag is 12 oz of fresh chicken, that's been dehydrated to 4 oz. The total calorie count for the dehydrated 4 oz is about 360. Each piece will be irregular in size and shape, but can easily be broken into thinner strips for smaller dogs or to treat more often.


Ingredients: Organic, human grade chicken breast.

As I tell my friends, my treats aren't always pretty and perfect looking, but they are perfectly healthy!

Storage:
Following the storage instructions below will help to preserve the texture and color of the treats. I do not use any preservatives or stabilizers and the treats will become darker with time, if not refrigerated.

1 – 2 weeks
Store in a cool, dry location in the original packaging or in your own container. Airtight containers will help preserve the smell of the treats best.

2 weeks – 2 months
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

2 months or more
Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Bring to room temperature in the airtight container before opening. It will be less crunchy (if you have a crunchy treat) if you open the container before it comes to room temperature.
