Vintage Letter Scale with Stamp Dispenser

1960's letter scale with 2 oz capacity and stamp holder. There are signs of wear on the black enamel base of the stamp holder and some tarnish on the brass. The base is stamped with "Pollak's", their address and phone number.
Measures 5" wide, 3.5" tall and 2.5" deep.
